Gestational diabeties receipts and diabeties (diabetic, diebetic) diets for type 1 and type 2, dibetic diet planning.

Gestational diabeties

Gestational diabeties (diabetes mellitus while pregnant) is defined as high blood sugar (hypoglycemia) newly diagnosed when pregnant (no prior diabetic history).

Pregnancy

diabeties

Treatment of gestational diabeties (pregnancy hypoglycemia) is based on keeping a constant blood glucose level using diabetic diets and possibly also insulin injections - following very careful testing.

With type 1 diabetes, your diabetic diets will focus on matching the food intake to insulin. The type 2 diabetes diet will instead focus on weight loss and/or healthy eating. For diabetes of both type 1 and 2 (also for gestational diabetes), the overall aim is to maintain a healthy diet which avoids large fluctuations in your blood sugar level..

The fact is that more or less any healthy diabetic diet (hypoglycemia meal plan) will be of great assistance in controling diabetes symptoms. It is important to match the actual diet to the patient. Important factors which need considering when choosing your diet are the severity of your diabetes and other health conditions you might have, such as overweight, high blood pressure etc and also your age and lifestyle.

Although neither diabetes type 1 or type 2 can be cured, the diseases can be kept under control using a strict diet and through insulin injections. A proper diabetic diet is low in (saturated) fat and high in carbohydrates. It should also offer a high level of fibres. The meal plan should be focused on regular eating (to help stabilize the blood sugar level).

Symptoms of diabeties (diabetes)

Symptoms of diabeties can be anything from "not feeling very well" to the extreme case of a coma which would ultimately lead to death.

The fuel - the Glucose - is very important. It is mainly sourced through the diet, carbohydrates in your meals from potatoes, bread, cereal, rice etc in your recipes. The carbohydrates (carbs) will break down into glucose and carried by your bloodstream around your body and delivered to the cells. Not only in the brain, but all cells.
